Description

A fully functional diesel engine is installed in a movable structure. This training engine is specially designed to show the diesel pump-line-injectors system and its operational structure. The educational training engine is based on a Mercedes ATEGO (refurbished), with original components, and a Bosch EDC engine control system.

Technical specifications and functions

    The educational engine has PLD fuel storage system, dashboard, cooling system, power supply and exhaust system;
    Finished with removable safety panels to protect against hot and rotating parts;
    Wiring diagram with built-in connectors for measuring and simulating fault in the code system;
    Ability to simulate more than 10 failures only by unplugging the connector cables;
    The engine with external components is clearly visible after removing the safety panels. Easy access to the engine and its components for maintenance;
    Emergency engine stop button integrated;

Diagnosis and measurements

Oscilloscope / multimeter

    System parameters are measured by plugging the connector cables;
    Ability to measure the parameters of the electrical signal of each component (such as the sensor or solenoid);

Diagnostic control units

    Diagnosis via the OBD 16 connector pin
    Electronic Identification Control Unit (ECU)
    Reading / deleting error code
    Display of operating system parameters (live data)
    Solenoid Activator (Depends on the control unit)
    Encoding / configuration control unit
