The Type K 6 ft Beaded Thermocouple probe includes 1.8m (6 feet) of insulated 30-AWG wire wound on an integrated spool caddy /sub miniature connector. Color-coded for type K (yellow) thermocouples according to the ANSI standard, this probe is insulated with glass braid and responsive over a range of 0°C to 285°C (32°F to 545°F) with an initial accuracy of ±2.2°C (±4°F) for probe only over the range of 285°C to 482°C (545°F to 900°F). Overall accuracy varies with attached logger. Initial Accuracy: ±0.75%
