Modular Wireless Datalogger Gateway
- Data gathering, storage and export gateway - Manages up to 50 wireless probes/dataloggers storing up to 2,500,000 samples - Equipped with external WSN antenna - Provided with RS485 with MODBUS RTU protocol
- Can be used with WineCapManager software (Data Configuration and Exporting Tool), which installed on a Windows PC, using USB port, allows probes/datalogger's configuration, radio network diagnosis, tables view and data export in XLS format - 2U DIN rail mounting
- May be expanded with EXP4IO product line additional modules
- Must be 15W-12/24Vdc externally powered (refer to DR1524 accessory).
► The MWDG-MB gateway has been designed and realized to provide to third parties (System Integration), WINECAP™ LuPo wireless sensors and actuators.
MWDG-MB is a modular solution to ease data collection by DDC, PLC, Data Collector controllers and third parties
► Gateways integrating wireless technology also in traditional applications as:
• Thermoregulation
• Civil (buildings) and industrial automation
• Different type alarm acquisition thanks to universal analog input sensors (0-10V) and NC/NO contacts.
► Data are sampled by wireless lan (Wireless Sensor and Actuator Network), proposed as unique solution to meet the operator’s needs of continuous measurements.
► MWDG-MB is provided with proper documentation for ModBus integration activities:
• ModBus registers
• Extended Modbus registers
► Radio range may be extended using radio routers, up to 40 probes/dataloggers and 16 routers.
Using the provided WineCapManager (Data Collection and Export Tool) Windows™ software, user can:
► Configure the system, adding and removing probes/dataloggers and/or modules to the wireless sensor and actuator network.
► Display, in real time, on a PC screen the measures sampled by probes/dataloggers
► Verify, in real time, the system status, included the radio signal and the battery level
