Manual Cream Separator Milky FJ 90 HAP
Manual cream separator for small farms and dairy shops, with a 90-100 liter per hour capacity and no need for electricity.
Its drum with 13 anodized discs improves separation efficiency and provides long-lasting performance.
- 100 liters or 26 gallons of milk per hour
- Aluminum and metal
- Hand-operated
- Made in the EU
- 2-year Warranty
The Milky FJ 90 HAP is the upgraded generation of the well-known FJ 85 HAP, designed for small farms, dairy shops, and rural environments where cream and skimmed milk must be separated without relying on electricity.
This manual model can process 90 to 100 liters of milk per hour, making it a solid everyday solution for cow, goat, sheep, or camel milk. The hand-crank operation keeps it practical even during power outages.
The unit combines a steel body with aluminum components in the product-contact areas. The drum and internal discs are made of anodized aluminum, which improves corrosion resistance and reduces reaction with the natural acidity of milk.
Compared with the previous generation, it features 13 separator discs instead of 11, helping deliver more consistent and efficient separation. Premium-grade polycarbonate parts add durability for long service life.
For best results, milk should be gently warmed to around 30-35 °C before being poured into the bowl. The manufacturer also specifies adding 200 ml of industrial oil before use to prevent premature wear of internal parts.
From 10 liters of milk, the separator can yield about 1 liter of cream, with cream fat content reaching roughly ten times that of the original milk. If a lower-fat cream is needed, it can be mixed with the skimmed milk obtained after separation.
Made in Europe and backed by a 2-year warranty, the Milky FJ 90 HAP offers a balanced combination of performance, mechanical simplicity, and value for artisanal dairy production.
