FCS-C200 H-200 PEM Fuel Cell - 200W
200W PEM fuel cell system for integration, commercial prototyping, STEM research, and light-mobility demonstrators. Includes blower, control box, switching system, and optional monitoring software.
The FCS-C200 H-200 PEM Fuel Cell - 200W is a high-efficiency hydrogen power solution built for system integration, commercial prototyping, STEM research, and higher-education use. Its high power density and plug-and-play architecture make it suitable for real-world clean-energy demonstrators, mobility projects, and test platforms.
The H-200 delivers 200W of clean power, enough for scooters, electric bikes, and small boats. It comes pre-equipped with a blower, control box, valves, tubing, and dual switching system, and can be paired with optional monitoring software to visualize voltage, current, and efficiency on a PC. An optional DC/DC converter is also available for flexible output adjustment.
Key benefits:
- High power density in a compact package for integration and testing.
- Plug-and-play design with core hardware already included.
- Suitable for STEM teaching, university research, and commercial demonstrators.
- Proven in university R&D projects such as hydrogen-powered bikes.
- Fast delivery and specialized global support.
Quick technical facts
- Number of cells: 40 fuel cells.
- Hydrogen pressure: 0.45-0.55 bar.
- Ambient operating temperature: 5-30 °C.
- Humidification: self-humidifying.
- Stack weight: 2,230 g including fan and casing.
- Controller weight: 400 g.
- System efficiency: 40% at 24 V.
- External power supply required: 13 V at 5 A.
Safety and operation
Do not connect or disconnect power cables while the stack is turned on. Warranty is void if the fuel cell stack is disassembled or altered. Hydrogen is colorless, odorless, and flammable; operate and store the stack and hydrogen canisters in well-ventilated areas and always use a highly accurate hydrogen sensor to detect leaks. Refer to the H-200 user manual for the full list of safety requirements.
