Description

The SMR63 Series Radar Flow Velocity Meter uses radar signal reflections to measure flow velocity without direct contact with the fluid. When the radar beam is transmitted toward particles or gases in the fluid, the reflected signal returns with a frequency shift that the instrument analyzes to calculate flow velocity.

Because it is a non-contact device, it does not require immersion in the medium and is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, or corrosive fluids. It provides high-accuracy flow velocity data for a wide range of fluid types, supports both low and high flow velocities, and adapts well to variations in particle size and density. Real-time data acquisition improves operating efficiency and responsiveness in applications that require immediate flow monitoring.
