Algae Online Monitor AOM-2800
The AOM-2800 Online Algae Monitor is a portable and robust device for the online detection and continuous monitoring of photosynthetic microorganisms in both natural and artificial bodies of water. It detects a variety of cyanobacteria, green and brown algae, diatoms, and other microbes.

Applications:

Measured parameters:
FT: Instantaneous fluorescence
QY: quantum yield
OJIP - Fix Area: total area above the OJIP fluorescence transient. This parameter correlates with the total change in the fluorescence signal in the OJIP protocol, with the total pigment content and, therefore, with the cell concentration.
