Waltron 3141 Silica Analyzer is an online analyzer for dissolved-silica measurement in ultrapure water. The official product page positions it for make-up water, condensate, boiler feedwater and steam applications, with an architecture designed for reliable analysis and easy maintenance.
The instrument combines a color touchscreen interface, fast-loop reservoir for accurate flow-independent measurement, automatic QA/QC calibration and validation, grab-sample capability, internal datalogger with door-mounted USB port and color active alarm indicators. Its 100 % toolless wet section and pre-assembled pump/sample heads reduce changeout and maintenance time.
The 3141 covers PPB and PPM silica ranges, supports one or two sample streams and provides 4-20 mA or 0-5 V analog outputs, together with configurable alarms for result, loss of sample or fault. The IP65/NEMA 4X corrosion-resistant stainless-steel enclosure supports panel or wall mounting for industrial service.
