◆ The YL-335B Automatic Production Line Trainer consists of a feeding unit, a processing unit, an assembly unit, a transmission unit, and a sorting unit.

► The electrical layout is double-drawer; all electrical controllers are installed in the drawers, following actual industrial standards.

► Each unit is an independent system, as well as an electromechanical system.

► The executive mechanism of each unit is primarily pneumatic, but the mechanical arm movement of the transmission unit adopts a servo motor and precise position control. The drive system has the characteristics of long travel and multiple positioning points.

► The conveyor belt drive of the sorting unit adopts a general-purpose 3-phase asynchronous motor and frequency converter.

► Position control and frequency converter technology are the most widely used electrical control technology in modern industry.

● Power supply: Three-phase five-wire AC 380V±10%, 50Hz;

● External dimensions of the equipment: L × W × H = 2100mm × 1000mm × 1500mm;

● Platform material: Aluminum and steel frame;

● Apparent power consumption of the entire machine: Less than or equal to 2 kVA;

● Safety protection measures: Grounding protection, overload protection, and leakage current protection; Safety in accordance with relevant national standards; all materials comply with environmental standards.
