MULTILEVEL MODULAR PROBE

HYDROSTICK® is the first wireless, multi-level modular probe designed to integrate multiple sensors into a single unit, enabling monitoring at different depths. The system incorporates a top module that manages control, power, and transmission, as well as three configurable sensor modules that can be adapted to specific application needs. This architecture provides a versatile and accurate solution capable of measuring depths up to 120 centimeters.

CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR NEEDS

HYDROSTICK® is developed under the European Commission’s LIFE Programme. This rod-shaped, modular, multilevel sensor is designed for full configurability. Users can select the modules that best suit their needs and applications. It now offers simplified installation and optimized operational costs.

HYDROSTICK® Sensor Groups

  • Group 1: Measures volumetric water content, water tension, apparent electrical conductivity, and soil temperature. Enables soil suction curve analysis and texture classification based on USDA standards.
  • Group 2: Measures volumetric water content, four-wire electrical conductivity, total salt content, and soil temperature.
  • Group 3: Temperature, pH, and content of the main nutrients: nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK).

System architecture: top module for control, transmission, and power, together with three sensor modules that can be combined according to the application.

Measurement depth: up to 120 cm.

Format: wireless multilevel modular rod-shaped probe.
