W-4 Industrial Robot Disassembly Training Workstation
◆ The W-4 industrial robot disassembly training workstation consists of a Hengrui H3 transparent six-axis industrial robot assembly, a drawer-type aluminum alloy table, an industrial robot training module, and a 22-inch touch LCD screen.
► The workstation has the following three special functions:
► Multi-brand industrial robot teaching operating system: "Learn more with one screen, practice more with one machine."
► The multi-brand teaching system supports both Hengrui and the "four robot families" teaching system: the control system simultaneously supports the teaching interfaces and programming languages of the five brands: Hengrui, ABB, Yaskawa, KUKA, and FANUC.
► The hardware package achieves the teaching effect of "multiple learning with one screen, multiple practice with one machine," greatly saving equipment purchase costs and site footprint.
► Drawer storage design, clean and tidy disassembly process.
► The drawer-type aluminum alloy table body is equipped with six storage drawers for disassembly and assembly, and each drawer is equipped with EVA storage materials.
► A storage slot is provided for each part of the robot and is coded to ensure that each part can be stored neatly during the disassembly and assembly process, effectively preventing the scattering and loss of parts.
► Programming, Debugging, and Application
