RTM-3001B Moving Die Rheometer
The RTM-3001B is a moving die rheometer for rubber vulcanization analysis with precise thermal control, high-resolution torque measurement and computer-based curve management.
It is well suited for quality control, formulation development and comparative testing across rubber processing operations.
The RTM-3001B Moving Die Rheometer from GOTESTER is designed for rubber vulcanization analysis in laboratory work, quality control and applied research. The instrument uses a confined mold cavity and measures the material response to oscillatory shear in real time during the test.
The system combines automatic temperature control, data acquisition and computer-based processing to produce vulcanization and temperature curves together with parameters such as scorch time, cure time, sulfide index, maximum torque, minimum torque and other process indicators.
According to the manufacturer, the instrument uses high-precision sensors and PID control with automatic correction, helping to deliver fast and stable thermal response. It also provides storage, comparison and analysis functions for formulation tracking and production stability work.
The RTM-3001B is presented for rubber product industries and laboratories that need repeatable testing in line with GB/T16584, ISO 6502:1991 and ASTM D5289-95.
