Overview

Compact and mobile trainer designed to demonstrate the operating principles of diesel engine glow plug systems. The trainer features exposed functional glow plugs, a preheating control unit, and a coolant temperature simulator to replicate real engine operating conditions.

The integrated temperature simulator allows users to manually set coolant temperature using a control knob to simulate four different glow plug operating modes corresponding to typical diesel engine conditions. LED indicators display the operation of the glow plug warning light, preheating unit, and glow plugs in real time.

Real-time outputs via 4 mm banana plug terminals allow connection to measuring instruments to observe coolant temperature sender voltage and diagnostic and control signals using a multimeter or oscilloscope. Exposed glow plugs can be disconnected for easy resistance measurement and testing, supporting practical training and exercises.
