Overview
The MDW-M-16 ultra high throughput closed microwave digestion/extraction workstation is designed for laboratories that need to process multiple samples in a single run while maintaining precise pressure and temperature control. It uses 16 GP-100 reaction vessels with an independent frame structure for each vessel, without magnetic stirring, and is optimized for digestion or extraction tasks in complex matrices.
The configuration combines a TFM inner vessel, an Xtra Fiber outer vessel, and a rotor design with an independent frame structure for each digestion vessel. The system supports a processing capacity of 16 samples per batch, a 100 ml reaction vessel volume, a maximum design pressure of 15 MPa (2200 psi), and a maximum design temperature of 310 °C.
Applications
- Food digestion and extraction.
- Soil sample preparation.
- Metals and alloys treatment.
- Plastics processing.
- Cosmetics analysis.
- Agricultural product preparation.
- Semiconductor-related sample work.
Operational advantages
- 16-vessel batch processing for high throughput.
- Independent frame structure for each vessel in the rotor.
- Resistant materials, with TFM inner vessel and Xtra Fiber outer vessel.
- High working conditions up to 15 MPa and 310 °C.
- Suitable for complex samples in analytical laboratory environments.
