2KN computer servo universal testing machine for tensile, compression, peel, and tear tests, with microcomputer control and high measurement accuracy.
Equipment summary
The UTM-1002B 2KN Computer Servo Universal Testing Machine combines electronic technology and mechanical transmission to provide accurate load speed, a wide force measuring range, and high sensitivity for load and displacement measurement and control. This single-space machine has the operational area at the bottom and is mainly intended for metallic and non-metallic materials with loads below 2kN.
The system can calculate stress, strain, displacement control mode, maximum force, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, elongation rate, yield strength, and other parameters.
Main functions
This machine can test a wide variety of materials in tension, compression, tear, peel at 90 and 180 degrees, and other mechanical tests. Typical materials include rubber, tires, belts, shoes, plastics, films, acrylic, FRP, ABS, EVA, PU, aluminum-plastic pipes, composite materials, waterproof materials, fibers, textiles, wire and cable, paper, gold foil, ribbons, thread, springs, wood, medicine packaging materials, and tapes.
