YL-235 Electromechanical Training System
◆ The YL-235 general-purpose electromechanical equipment installation and debugging training set consists primarily of training benches, typical electromechanical equipment mechanical components, and electrical control units.
► The mechanical components of typical electromechanical equipment mainly include the feeding mechanism, the conveyor belt conveying and sorting mechanism, the industrial robot, the Cartesian coordinate manipulator, the three-dimensional warehouse, and the training module of scalable simulation production equipment, etc.
► The electrical control unit is mainly composed of a power distribution unit, a PLC programmable controller, a touch screen, a frequency converter, a stepper motor control unit, a servo motor control unit, a button indicator light, terminal blocks, and various detection sensors.
► The overall structure is open and disassembled. Based on the existing mechanical parts, intelligent production line equipment with production functions can be assembled and built in a modular manner.
► Other mechanical parts can also be added to assemble other production equipment, allowing for a flexible assembly of the entire device.
► Assemble intelligent production line equipment with production functions according to teaching or competition requirements.
