Atago PAL-HIKARi-15 Pocket IR Brix Meter (Mango)
Mango fruit (brix sugar level 10.0 to 22.0%) can be measured with one Infrared insturment.
The Brix (sugar level) can be measured by placing the fruit on the sample stage sensor with no need of cutting or squeezing the fruit.
It requires no more complicated wiping and cleansing after each measurement.
