Melt Flow Rate - MFR Test Method
Benchtop instrument that tests the melt flow rate (MFR) of a wide range of thermoplastic raw materials, in the form of granules, film strips, etc.

International standard IS01133, ASTM D1238 and GBIT 3682 method A and B
Working temperature: 120°C-450°C

● Temperature control accuracy: ≤0.5°C

● Temperature display resolution: 0.1°C

● Temperature rise time: <30 min

● Power supply: 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz.

Features:
- A user-friendly color touch screen allows for quick and accurate input of test parameters.
- An automatic sample cutting system is used to reduce human
intervention with the machine during testing and increase the accuracy and repeatability of test results.
- Completely supplied with accessories and weights required for maintenance and operation.
- Equipped with a motorized weight lifting and lowering device (WLD) that further automates the test procedure.
- For more sophisticated data collection, it works with MRC DMS software, which can store an unlimited amount of test results and generate desired test reports.
- Password verification is available for some main operations in case of mishandling.
