The FCSU-023 PEM Transparent Reversible Fuel Cell combines electrolyzer and fuel cell functions in a single device. When electrical current is applied it produces hydrogen and oxygen from deionized water, and when a load is connected it generates electricity from the stored hydrogen.
Its transparent body makes the electrochemical process easy to observe, making it ideal for STEM activities and classroom demonstrations. This set includes 5 units plus additional components for hands-on experiments in hydrogen production and energy conversion.
