Product description

The HUTM-1007B 1000KN Computer Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is used for tensile, compression, bending, and shearing tests on a wide variety of metallic materials. With added accessories, it can also test plastics, concrete, cement, chains, tape, wire, welding rods, tiles, and other components. The machine uses an under-tank mounted structure with low profile and lighter weight, making it especially suitable for engineering and construction sectors.

Host and transmission system

The host uses an oil cylinder mounted underneath. The tensile space is at the top of the host and the compression space is between the worktable and crossbeam. The beam moves up and down using a motor reducer, chain drive mechanism, and vice screw drive to adjust tensile and compression space.

Hydraulic and control systems

The hydraulic system draws oil from the tank through a filter and sends it through pipelines to the oil valve. Handwheel operation controls oil delivery and piston movement, while the working fluid returns to the tank through the return pipe. The control system provides electronic force measurement, liquid crystal display of force-time curves, test force, and peak force. By entering sample number and cross-sectional area through digital buttons, tensile strength, yield strength, and other properties can be measured directly. Experimental results can be queried and printed using a micro-printer.

Safety and fixtures

When the test force exceeds 3 percent of the maximum test force, overload protection stops the oil pump motor. Stroke protection stops the pump motor when the piston reaches the upper limit. The fixture set includes stretch, compression, and bending fixtures.
