EMS64 SDI-12 is a multi-point sap flow measuring system from Environmental Measuring Systems designed to connect a sensor network to a single datalogger.

It is based on the tissue heat balance (THB) method with external heating and internal stem tissue temperature measurement. The system uses variable power control and a constant temperature difference adjustable to 2, 4 or 8 K.

This instrument is well suited for accurate tree water regime assessment in field conditions, avoids overheating stem tissues and delivers a realistic view of plant water status. Mini32 software supports long time series processing, automatic baseline subtraction and net sap flow calculations.
