Durable construction
The main body is made of food-safe polycarbonate, while the drum and disks are made of aluminum. This combination provides solid durability for daily use and a very competitive price-to-performance ratio.
Easy operation
For proper separation, milk should be warmed to about 30-35 °C before processing. Then simply switch the unit on, pour the milk into the bowl and start separating.
Output and applications
It can be used to produce cream, sour cream and skimmed milk at home or in small-scale production. From 10 liters of milk, you can obtain about 1 liter of cream, and the cream can reach a much higher fat content than the original milk.
