Educational cutaway trainer of a 4- or 6-cylinder inline marine inboard diesel engine, designed for technical training and visual demonstration of real engine operation. The unit integrates a complete marine engine with its main mechanical systems and is driven by a 220 V electric motor that rotates the crankshaft at low speed for safe, controlled learning.
The trainer includes the fuel system, closed-loop cooling system, lubrication circuit, and air intake path. Main internal components have been sectioned to expose pistons, valves, camshaft, rocker arms, injectors, injection pump, and fuel lines, with color-coded parts for easier identification and chrome-plated areas selected to improve wear resistance.
Mounted on a wheeled steel frame, this trainer allows students to study the diesel cycle of intake, compression, power, and exhaust, observe the real movement of internal parts, and understand the specific layout of a marine inboard engine without using fuel or producing exhaust gases during demonstration.
- Inline 4- or 6-cylinder marine diesel engine.
- 220 V electric drive for reduced-speed operation.
- Sectioned and color-coded internal components.
- Mobile wheeled frame for flexible classroom use.
- Safe operation for teaching environments.
It provides clear visualization of crankshaft, pistons, camshaft, and valve movement, as well as the functional flow of fuel, lubrication, and cooling systems, making it highly suitable for technical education, automotive and marine training, and vocational instruction.
