YL-557D-850E Educational CNC Milling Machine
◆ The YL-557D 850E Educational CNC Milling Machine adopts a vertical frame design. The column is fixed to the bed, the headstock moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the sliding seat moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the worktable slides along it.
► The seat structure moves laterally (in the X direction). The bed, worktable, slide seat, column, headstock, and other large parts are made of high-strength cast iron materials, shaped using resin sand technology, and stress is relieved through two aging treatments.
► These large parts are optimized by Pro/E and Ansys to improve the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the entire machine, and effectively suppress deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting forces.
► The X, Y, and Z-axis guide rail pairs adopt rolling linear guides, which feature low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, low speed creep, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improve the precision and stability of the machine tool.
► The X, Y, and Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to high-precision ball screws via flexible couplings, reducing intermediate links, achieving backlash-free transmission, flexible feeding, precise positioning, and high transmission accuracy.
► The Z-axis servo motor has an automatic brake function.
► In the event of a power outage, the automatic brake can firmly hold the motor shaft to prevent it from rotating, providing safety protection.
► The spindle assembly is produced by a professional Taiwanese manufacturer, with high precision and high rigidity.
► The bearing adopts a special P4-grade spindle bearing.
► After the entire spindle is assembled under constant temperature conditions, it passes dynamic balance correction and function testing, improving the lifespan and reliability of the entire spindle.
