This type of training or demonstration model is a great teaching aid which allows students to become familiar with the car’s hydraulic brakes and electromechanical parking brake mechanism, the structure, modes of operation and maintenance methods, technical information, spec. tools and their use.
Electromechanical brake model demonstration does not need any additional equipment or tools, without having to connect with diagnostic device it is possible to perform activation of the electromechanical parking brake. Educational electromechanical parking brake mechanism powered by 12V/220V. Two electrical buttons for press and release the brake pads and the brake disc. It is possible to demonstrate the operation of the parking brake and simply to explain the electronic systems such as “AUTOHOLD” or “Dynamic drive-off assistant” or brake pad replacement procedure. The electromechanical brake model is not filled with the brake fluid, there is no pressure inside. Activation is performed by pressing the buttons to press or release the brake disc mechanically.
