• Auto Tool Change is up to 12 tools are automatically changed during production. This reduces set-up times and allows for unattended production.
• 42,000 rpm spindle motor ensures the shortest machining times and highest accuracy. It can be control spindle speed by software and apply to 4 mil track and trace.

• PCAM Software:

PCAM is compatible with all windows system and accepts standard RS274D/X format Gerber files exported from Layout Software like : P-Cad/ allegro / protel /ALTIUM Designer/ Power PCB(PADS)/ORCAD, etc

• Vision Align System:

Optical CCD Align system (camera) Significantly faster and more accurate than the front and back system. Virtually indispensible in structuring multilayer boards and double-sided PCBs. Includes automatic tool length inspection and automatic board surface detecting.
