The module can perform mechanical positioning with three proximity switches; it can perform comparatively precise mechanical positioning through the number of pulses generated by a stepper motor; and it can perform more precise closed-loop position control training with a stepper motor and a rotary encoder.

The device adopts a standard modular design. Connect with a safety plug cable during training, making it safe, reliable, and easy to use.

The YL-XIC trolley motion control training equipment adopts a standard modular design, featuring low weight, small dimensions, and easy training.

The power cable and signal lines of all components and parts of the device are led to the safety plug on the motherboard.

During the experiment, simply lead the terminals of the power module and the PLC control module to the corresponding safety plug, using a high-strength safety cable with an insulated sheath, and then begin training. This not only ensures the training of students' basic skills but also ensures the robustness and safety of the circuit connections.
