Fully assembled and ready-to-use Flow Battery Adapta-Stack designed for experimental and development applications with straightforward assembly.
The Flow Battery Adapta-Stack is a fully assembled, tested, and ready-to-use flow battery. Only a flathead screwdriver and a torque wrench are required for assembly, allowing users to focus on creating their own powered applications.
The stack includes endplates with push-to-connect fittings, carbon cloth, wetted PVC and CPVC, parallel flow fields, wetted vinyl ester, and the required hardware. The unit includes guide dowels, and 1/8" guide dowels are recommended to help align the components during assembly.
When charging, liquid should be fed into the bottom and out the top. The overall flow rate depends on the state of charge of the electrolyte.
