FC 1300 Closed Flat FluorCam 1300
PAM chlorophyll fluorescence imaging for plants and biological samples.
The Closed Flat FluorCam 1300/2020 is an advanced chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system using Pulse-Amplitude Modulated (PAM) measurements.
It is designed to analyze the growth, development and interactions of plants and biological agents containing fluorescent proteins or probes.
It is available as the benchtop FluorCam 1300-C/2020 for plates, flat samples and plants up to 20 cm, or as the stand-alone FluorCam 1300-L/2020 for specimens up to 1 m. The FC 1300-C/3535 version provides a field of view up to 35 × 35 cm for plants up to 80 cm.
Its flat LED panel delivers highly uniform illumination over 200 × 200 mm with minimal shading.
The system includes a high-resolution camera, chlorophyll fluorescence emission filter, control PC, FluorCam10 software and user’s guide.
- Fluorescence: chlorophyll and optional GFP, YFP, mCherry and other signals.
- Lighting: orange-red, cool white and far-red LEDs; optional UV, royal blue, blue, cyan, green and amber.
- Uniform illumination over 200 × 200 mm with minimal shading.
- High-resolution CCD camera; optional 12 Mpx CMOS camera and software-controlled 7-position motorized filter wheel.
- FC 1300-C/2020: guaranteed 200 × 200 mm field of view; 562 × 752 × 560 mm shell; plants up to 20 cm.
- FC 1300-L/2020: 560 × 1,755 × 560 mm shell; plants up to 1 m.
- Inverted FC 1300-I/2020: 120 × 120 mm field of view for flat samples, 96/384-well plates and microplates.
- FC 1300-C/3535: 350 × 350 mm field of view, plants up to 80 cm; 1,200 × 1,900 × 1,150 mm dimensions.
- FluorCam10 software, control PC and user’s guide included.
- Options include Multi-Excitation, Multicolor and OJIP modules, TR 6000 thermoregulator, transillumination and positioning shelves.
