The objective of Automobile Engineering (Autotronics) is to develop and understand the principles of conversion in design, construction and working of mechanical systems and electronic systems in automobiles.
Autotronics is a branch of engineering in which knowledge and electronic resources are applied to the automotive sector. It is a science that represents a field very rich in knowledge, because it represents everything that today is handled by sensors and electronic processors in a car.
Many of the functions of a car today have evolved from being mechanical (controlled by pressure valves and axes that marked indicators in the form of a clock) to being electronic, controlled by a computer that shows on the screen detailed reports of the current condition of the car or vehicle.
◆ Highly detailed instructional tool featuring a 1500 cm³, 4-cylinder engine with a DOHC overhead camshaft and VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing) system. This model includes multi-point electronic injection, an epicyclic engine, and a transmission belt (CTV) integrated with Toyota’s Hybrid System (THS), comprising both petrol (gasoline) and electric motors.
◆ Petrol (gasoline) engine training model is specifically designed for the disassembly and reassembly of an MPI (multipoint injection) turbocharged engine, making it an essential tool for understanding engine components and mechanical principles.
