The ARK Solar-Powered Water Quality Monitoring Buoy is a highly reliable and cost-effective solution for water quality monitoring and data management. It is designed for applications including data collection, communication, logging, alarming, control, and analysis. The buoy supports built-in water quality analyzers, depth transmitters, I/Os, and multiple communication options such as cellular, satellite, WiFi, LoRa, RS485, along with a barometer and GPS module.
With its robust IP68-rated submersible enclosure, the buoy is ideal for surface water monitoring in environments like reservoirs, rivers, lakes, oceans, and water tanks. Its ultra-low power consumption allows it to operate continuously for up to 5 years on solar power alone.
The RS485 port enables connection with MAX multiparameter water quality sondes and SMR digital analyzers, supporting a range of measurements including pH, ORP, temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, salinity, suspended solids, ammonium, and more.
