Value for Students

Offers simple, safe, and convenient training that builds confidence, using OEM components to deliver a realistic automotive repair experience.
Gain hands-on experience with multi-point gasoline injection systems and understand the interaction between fuel delivery and ignition systems.
Study and analyze the electrical circuits of the electrical components of engines with multi-point gasoline injection systems, learn and understand the wiring diagrams and components presented.
Understand and analyze fuel delivery systems, the quantity of fuel injected, and the quality of the spray pattern. The fuel pump is visible for observation of its operation.
Understand the operation and troubleshooting of modern ignition systems.
Demonstrate and understand the synchronization between the crankshaft and camshaft during engine operation.
Use banana plugs to monitor and measure electrical parameters with a real-time data oscilloscope, a multimeter, and a scanner.
Adjust key engine parameters, such as crankshaft rotation frequency, sensor values, air flow, and temperatures, using potentiometers and simulators. Develop proficiency in the use of 16-pin OBD diagnostic connectors for ECU identification, fault code management and real-time data monitoring, actuator activation (depending on the model), throttle body adaptation, and control unit coding/configuration.
Allows measurement of electrical signal parameters, ignition system high-voltage circuits, and fuel injection characteristics using an oscilloscope and multimeter.
Develop skills to simulate and diagnose more than 20 system circuit faults and learn how to troubleshoot them by disconnecting banana plugs.
Teaches the function and interaction of critical components such as the mass air flow meter, air temperature sensor, spark plug, pump, and throttle valve.

Value for Instructors

Offers simple, safe, and comfortable training that builds confidence, using OEM components to deliver a realistic automotive repair experience.
Compact and vertically oriented for greater mobility and efficient use of classroom space. Durable, lightweight construction with a solid aluminum frame for long life and safe use. Enclosed panels and internal wiring are secure and prevent accidental damage to sensitive parts of the training station. Uses OEM automotive parts for an authentic, hands-on learning experience. Students gain real-world experience with all parts and functions, just like in real cars.
Easier real-time fault monitoring and simulation improve student understanding and troubleshooting.
The Audi/VW OEM-based system allows students to train in diagnostics using virtually any multi-brand, specialty, or OEM scan tool, ensuring a safe and high-quality learning environment. The wheeled version, mobile and compact in the classroom, allows simultaneous use by multiple students, promoting collaborative learning and hands-on training.
The training stand is designed to be simple, requiring only minor adjustments to restore default settings, making it easy to set up and start each lesson quickly and efficiently.

Demonstrates the operation of the multi-point gasoline injection (MPI) system, including fuel delivery, injection quantity, and spray pattern quality.
The transparent fuel tank and visible spark plug operation allow students to observe internal processes.
Includes manual adjustment of engine crankshaft speed and air/fuel mixture using an oxygen sensor signal simulator.
Includes a detailed electrical wiring diagram with built-in banana plug jumpers for accurate measurements and fault simulations.
Simulate faults by disconnecting the banana plug jumpers, with the ability to simulate over 20 different faults.
Enables complete ECU diagnostics, including reading/erasing fault codes, viewing real-time data, and actuator activation.
