The stainless steel probe is inserted into the soil surface or entirely below the soil to quickly analyze soil moisture and temperature.

The moisture measurement part is designed on the basis of the FDR principle, measuring the dielectric constant of the soil to measure the volume of soil moisture content, the temperature part adopts a precision platinum resistance element, the calibration of Integrated drift of the product and the temperature compensation circuit can be adapted to most applications.
The probe can be permanently inserted underground and connected to a data logger for unlimited testing.

1. Testing medium should be uniform.
2. In measuring the water content in surface soil, the sensor must be inserted vertically. Do not bend the sensor when it is inserted, otherwise it will be damaged.
3. In multi-layer soil water content measurement, the sensor should be buried in the soil and parallel to the ground. Make sure the probe is not blended.
4. When removing sensors from the soil, please hold the sensor housing shell and do not forcibly pull on the cable. Soil on probes should be brushed off thoroughly.
5. Please keep the sensor in dry & clean conditions.
