Tempinspect USB Temperature Recorder

The Tempinspect™ USB can be configured and launched using its multi-function button, without need of further logistics. Knowing if the cold chain has been maintained has never been easier or more convenient.

Rugged and robust, the Tempinspect ™ USB can reliably record up to 30000 temperature measurements over a period of up to 1 year. Its simple operation, reduced size and splash resistance (IP65), allows it to take on a wide variety of missions throughout the supply chain.

The Tempinspect™ USB can be implemented preconfigured or can be easily configured on the site by the user.

• - Temperature range configurable by the user: 7 preset temperature ranges to choose from cover the entire range of cold chain monitoring from vaccines to fresh products.
• - Data logging intervals configurable by the user: the unit can be configured to record temperature readings with a frequency of every minute and as far as every 4 hours.
• - Visual alarms: the Tempinspect ™ USB data recorder can report temperature excursions during missions. It will flash in red once for each temperature excursion over the selected range, with a duration equal to the selected time interval. The unit will flash double red for excursions under the selected range. Example: a unit configured to record every ten minutes will report a temperature excursion of 30 minutes below the set range with 3 double red flashes.
• - PDF / CSV report: at the end of the mission (once the user stops recording), the unit will automatically generate a report when it is inserted into the USB port of any PC with Windows, Osx or Linux. The user can obtain a PDF graphic and a CSV file with all the data registered by the unit.

Once the logistics of the cold chain of a product is finished, the data logger must be stopped before being able to insert it into a USB port and have access to a complete report about the PDF file and the CSV file.

The user has the flexibility to customize the functions from the measurement times to the temperature range setting and this advantage is that you can have a data logger and, depending on what you send, you can customize it according to your needs without having to buy different recorders for different products However, the data logger will come with a factory configuration that the user can then change if necessary in a very simple way.
