Utilizing our expertise, the HY-WDS6E's wind sensor leverages ultrasonic technology, offering a robust and durable design that withstands installation and usage without the typical risks of damage associated with more fragile cup or vane weather stations. It is ideal for applications requiring cost-effective and reliable weather monitoring.
Designed for easy installation and maintenance-free operation, the HY-WDS6E requires no costly on-site calibration and features a corrosion-resistant exterior. This compact weather station is a self-developed, professional-grade meteorological sensor capable of simultaneously measuring multiple parameters, including atmospheric temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, air pressure, and precipitation.
The station utilizes standard industrial MEMS sensors for air temperature, humidity, and pressure measurements, all housed within a radiation protection shield for high accuracy and fast response times. Wind speed and direction are measured using ultrasonic travel time difference technology, while precipitation is detected by a 24G radar sensor, providing rapid and precise data on rainfall and its intensity.
For enhanced functionality, optional modules such as GPS and an electronic compass can be installed, allowing for accurate measurement of longitude, velocity, and the calculation of true and apparent wind speed and direction.
Our weather stations are constructed from ASA-molded thermoplastic, a material known for its exceptional outdoor durability. Resistant to UV radiation, frost, and heat, ASA ensures the HY-WDS6E can withstand all climatic conditions. Widely used in the automotive industry and other demanding outdoor applications, this material ensures longevity and reliability in any environment.
