● PAL-1 BLT/i:
Wireless data logging with the PAL-1 is now available for iPhone users. The PAL-1 BLT/i stores and transmits date, time and Brix data to iPhone via Bluetooth and the free ATAGO Logger for iPhone app.

● PAL-1 BLT/A+W :
The ever popular PAL-1 is now available with wireless data logging! The PAL-1 BLT/A＋W stores up to 100 date, time and Brix records and transmits the data not only to PC, but also to Smartphones and tablets (Android only*) via Bluetooth. ● PAL-3:
With its full range design (0.0 - 93.0% Brix), the PAL-3 works perfectly for measuring almost any sample type. The PAL-3 has the same great features as the PAL-1 and PAL-2.

● PAL-COFFEE(BX):
This is the model that famous baristas are using for their essential tools. With a high resolution of 0.01%, the subtle difference in concentration of coffee and espresso can be measured. Stable readings can be taken even at high temperatures, fresh brew due to the continuity of measurement. Watch the unit take multiple measurements and read the result once the reading stabilizes. For TDS scale, choose PAL-Coffee (TDS). For dual Brix and TDS scales, choose PAL-Coffee (BX / TDS).

● PAL-COFFEE (TDS):
The PAL-COFFEE is now available with a TDS scale. Choose the PAL-COFFEE (TDS) to measure TDS concentrations.

● PAL-COFFEE(BX/TDS):
The dual-scale version of the PAL-COFFEE can measure both Brix and TDS. Choose the PAL-COFFEE (BX/TDS) to measure in Brix and TDS.

● PAL-α:
During the celebration of ATAGO's 65th Anniversary, the PAL-α was launched. This model was specially designed with a wide Brix range (0.0-85.0%) at a very reasonable price. PAL-α is used to measure a wide variety of samples, including samples in the process of cooking. Its waterproof design allows it to be washed under the water tap. In addition, the PAL-α features the same features as the entire PAL line.

● PAL-H:
Samples with high temperature, such as ramen soup, syrup, jam and soy milk had to wait 15 to 20 seconds for measurement. But H-Mode can make stable measurements at a high speed of 6 seconds.

● PAL-S:
Improved reliability with S-Mode TechnologyS-Mode is the solution for fluctuating readingsIdeal for dark or fatty samples such as dairy products.

● PAL-RI:
The much anticipated compact-sized PAL-RI "Pocket" digital refractometer was launched. When the measurement button is pressed after placing a few drops of sample on the prism, the Refractive Index (resolution 0.0001) and Temperature ºC of the sample will be displayed continuously. The PAL-RI also has all the features of the other instruments in the PAL series.

● PAL-2:
The PAL-2 has all the great features of the PAL-1 but has a higher measuring range (45.0 - 93.0% Brix). Therefore, this instrument can measure high concentration samples such as: candy, jams, jellies, honey and concentrated juices. The PAL-2 has IP65 International Protection Standards, therefore thick samples can be cleaned by simply putting the instrument under running water. When measuring candy or jams at high temperatures, the measurement values ​​obtained with the PAL-2 are stable when the measurement is repeated several times. Calibration of this model is very simple as it can be done using only tap water.

● PAL-LOOP :
The new ATAGO model for the 70th anniversary, the PAL-LOOP pocket refractometer has been introduced! Introduced for the 70th anniversary of ATAGO, the PAL-LOOP is a special model with a special continuous measurement mode to give the user an extra method to help meet their needs - they can choose between the new continuous measurement mode and the conventional measurement mode. Since the PAL-LOOP range is 0.0 to 85.0% on the Brix scale, it can be used to measure almost any sample.
